Tasteful Snoods was founded by these two high school sweethearts in 2019. After graduating college, Chelsea and Bruce Tucker were trying to find careers in the midst of a pandemic. Chelsea soon started sewing. At first it was a hobby and now it's her passion. She started out with bandanas and headbands, then the company quickly expanded to be a full-on Custom&Cozy Pup Boutique.
